Hotel Booking Cancellation Policy

1.    Cancellation Requests:
Cancellations should be made by contacting the travel provider or Host directly.

 

2.    Cancellation Rights:
Clients do not have an automatic right to cancel or modify bookings. Changes are only permitted based on the provider’s terms and conditions.

 

3.    Cancellation Fees:
A cancellation fee either full or partial may apply depending on the cancellation policy you agreed to during booking.

 

4.    Deadline for Cancellation:
If you fail to cancel within the specified cancellation window, additional charges may apply or no refund may be issued.

 

5.    Non-Cancellable Bookings:
Some properties do not allow cancellations or modifications once the booking is confirmed.

 

6.    Unpaid Bookings:
Cancellations may be automatically processed if full payment is not received by the required deadline.

 

7.    Provider-Initiated Cancellations:
In rare cases (e.g. weather conditions or unforeseen issues), the provider may cancel the booking. In such instances:
 

  • You will be promptly informed.
  • Every reasonable effort will be made to notify you.
  • A full refund will be issued where applicable.
